HELP FAMILY APP is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to those who visit the website owned and operated by HELP FMILY,  download any downloadable software, install mobile applications and / or use the Company's  products and services offered on www.helpfamily.app 

It also describes your choices regarding the use, access and correction of your personal data.  Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not defined here will have the same meaning  assigned to them in the HELP FAMILY APP Terms of Use (https://www.helpfamily.app). Our privacy policy may be changed from time to time. We will notify you that changes have been  made by indicating the date of the last update on our Privacy Policy. If we make any material  changes, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change  becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information  on our privacy practices. 

1. What is personal information? 

Personal information is personally identifiable information such as your name, telephone number,  email address, and any other non-public information about you that is associated or linked to any  of the above information. Personal information does not include aggregate information, which is  general user data that we collect through the installation of the HELP FAMILY APP. Our Privacy  Policy does not limit or limit our collection and use of aggregate information. 

2. What personal information does HELP FAMILY collect? 

2.1 Information provided by the user for the use of the technology

- Registration and profile information. When you create an account, we may collect your personal  information such as username, first and last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number  and a photo, if you choose to have a photo associated with your account. If you want to add a  child's or family member's name to your account, we collect the child's or family's name, email  address and mobile number. We may collect billing information when you sign up for the  Premium service. We may collect additional information from a parent in order to obtain  verifiable parental consent to allow a child to use the family location service. When you register  in our APP with social media, such as Facebook, we receive information from the social network  such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, username, user ID associated with your  social media account , age range, language, country and any other information that allows the  social network to share with third parties. The data we receive depends on your privacy settings  with the social network. 

- Geolocation. We collect your unique user identifier and location via GPS, WiFi or wireless  network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purpose of providing the family  location service. We collect the location of the designated location alerts to provide notifications  when you arrive and leave a specific place. If you turn off location sharing, we won't share your  location with your family members; however, while you are logged in to your account, we will  continue to collect your location information in order to provide the family location service (for  example, to provide family location services or to share your location with members to whom  allow to see your Location). We retain location information only for the reasonable time to  provide the Service and thereby delete the location data. 

- Messages and user content. We collect information when you send messages to other members  of your family through the use of the service. We may also keep any messages you send to us. HELP FAMILY collects "sensitive" personal information only when you voluntarily provide us  with such information or where such information is required or permitted to be collected by law 

or professional standards. Sensitive information includes personal information regarding race,  ethnicity, political beliefs, religious or similar philosophies, union membership, physical or  mental health, sex life, sexual orientation or a criminal record. Please use your discretion when  providing sensitive information to the Company and, under any circumstances, do not provide us  with sensitive information, unless you thereby consent to our use of that information for your  legitimate business purposes and consent to the transfer and the storage of such information in  our databases. 2.2 Information collected automatically through the use of technology: When you use the HELP FAMILY service, we and our business partners may collect certain  information on your computer or device through technologies such as cookies, web beacons, log  files or other tracking / recording tools. The information we collect through the use of tracking  technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring / exit pages  and URLs, click flow data and how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, HELP  FAMILY APP Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allow us to  uniquely identify your browser, browsing behavior on our site, type of mobile device, mobile  device ID or other persistent identifiers and location data collected from your mobile device.  Some or all of this data may be combined with other personally identifiable information described  above. 

We use this information to: 

• Remember the information so you don't have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you  use the APP; 

• Provide personalized and personalized content and information; 

• Monitor the effectiveness of our Service and our marketing campaigns;

• Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, users, traffic and demographic  patterns; 

• Diagnose or resolve technology issues reported by our users or technicians associated with  certain IP addresses or user IDs; 

• Automatically updates our mobile application on your system and related devices. 2.3 Driving event data 

We collect and may use a third party partner to collect sensory and motion data from your  smartphone or mobile device, including information from the gyroscope, accelerometer, compass  and bluetooth, in order to calculate and detect driving events such as excess speed, braking  difficulty, accident detection and other events. We may also share this information with third  party partners for marketing and research purposes. If you wish to opt out, adjust the settings on  your mobile device to restrict the app's access to your sensory and motion data. 

2.4 Children's privacy 

HELP FAMILY allows parents to keep track of their children's location on mobile devices that the parent has added to their account. The service is intended for use by minors under the age of  18 only with parental approval. If a parent wishes to add a user under the age of 18 to the Family  account, they must send HELP FAMILY's parental consent by email. The child's personal  information will be shared with other members of the family account. HELP FAMILY may then  use the child's personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we do not use  or share personal information collected from the accounts of children under the age of 18 for  marketing or advertising purposes, nor do we allow our third party partners to collect and use  such information for advertising purposes. 

Contact us at helpfamilyhelpfamily@gmail.com if you have any questions about your child's  account. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18  without parental consent, please contact us. The tracing and therefore localization system for 

minors cannot be switched off and will always remain active once the HELP FAMILY APP has  been downloaded and installed, unlike the possibility of activating and switching off geolocation  from the age of majority. 

3. How does HELP FAMILY use personal information? 

In general, HELP FAMILY collects, stores, uses and discloses information to enable us to: - provide the localization and tracking service; 

- create your account; 

- identify you as a user; 

- respond to your requests and e-mails; 

- improve the application; 

- send you administrative and service communications; 

- send you newsletters, surveys, offers and other promotional material; 

- monitor the effectiveness of our Service and our marketing campaigns. 

If you are an individual from the European Economic Area (EEA), we use your personal  information, we may process your personal data for one or more of the following legal reasons:  (i) because the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, for example to provide the  HELP FAMILY service; (ii) to comply with our legal obligations; (iii) because the processing is  necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest or for those of third party recipients who  receive your personal data, provided that these interests are not overridden by your interests or  fundamental rights and freedoms. We may also process your personal information based on your  consent where you have expressly provided it to us. 

3.1 Third Party Analytics 

We may also collect analytics data or use third-party analysis tools to help us measure traffic and  usage trends for using the HELP FAMILY APP.

When you access the family tracking service from or through a mobile device, we may receive or  collect and store a unique identification number associated with your device or our mobile  application (including, for example, a UDID, a unique ID for advertisers ), Google ad ID or other  identifier), mobile operator, type of device, model and manufacturer, make and model of the  mobile device's operating system, telephone number and, depending on the settings of the mobile  device, location data geographic, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and / or longitude), Wi 

Fi location or similar information relating to the location of your mobile device. 3.2 Third Party Advertising Networks 

We may share or allow third party advertising networks, social media companies and other third  party services to collect information about your use of the HELP FAMILY APP over time, so  that they can play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests. on the use of the APP, as  well as on other websites, apps or services or on other devices that you may use. We may also  show you targeted advertising through social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter,  Google+ and others. 

4. How does HELP FAMILY share your personal information? 

We share your personal information, including name, email, location and driving event data, with  others within your HELP FAMILY circles. 

We may share your personal information, including your location data, driving sensor data,  unique identifiers or AD IDs and other data with third parties for their marketing and commercial  purposes, including without limitation, to inform and improve the third party advertising. These  third party partners may use this information according to their own privacy policies. 

We may publicly post your reviews and comments online. 

From time to time, we may employ third parties to help us provide or improve the family location  service. These third parties, such as our analytics or hosting provider, may have limited access to  user information databases or registered member information for the sole purpose of helping us 

provide or improve the Service and will not be able to use information about our members or  visitors for any other purpose. We may disclose personal information in some other limited  circumstances, but we will describe it to you specifically when we collect the information, such  as in the terms of use of a new service or through review of this Privacy Policy. 

We may, and you authorize us to, disclose your personal information (including messages) to  third parties without your consent: if we have reason to believe that disclosure of this information  is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone that may cause injury or  interference (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, other users of the  website or anyone else (including the rights or property of anyone else) who may be harmed by  such activities, in connection with any investigation legal, when we believe in good faith that such  disclosure is required by and in accordance with the law or to respond to subpoenas or warrants  served on HELP FAMILY, to third parties with your prior consent to do so. 

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be used for any other  purpose without first informing you by updating this Privacy Policy. Except for the limited  disclosures described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell customer lists or personal information  to third parties and we will take all possible steps to keep your email address private to keep your  email address private. 

5. How does HELP FAMILY protect your personal information? 

The security of your personal information is important to us. We use all commercially reasonable  efforts to store and maintain your personal information and location information in a secure  environment and have implemented reasonable procedures designed to restrict unauthorized  access, use or disclosure of your personal information. Despite these measures, you should know  that HELP FAMILY with Gps cannot completely eliminate the security risks associated with  Personal Information. In the event that any information under our control is compromised due to  a security breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, 

notify individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other measures, in  accordance with with any applicable laws and regulations. Also remember that, to protect the  communications that took place in the APP, never provide your password. 6. How long do we keep your personal information: 

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described  in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as  tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need  to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for  example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will store it  in secure your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is  possible. For personal information we process on behalf of our users, we will retain that personal  information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with them, subject to applicable law. 

7. How can I update user access or deactivate my account? 

If your personal information changes or if you no longer want the HELP FAMILY service, you  can send us an email at helpfamilyhelpfamily@gmail.com to deactivate your account. You can  also correct, update or change your personal information in your profile settings within the HELP  FAMILY APP or by sending us an email. Removing the APP from your mobile device will not  delete the personal information that has been stored about you. If you leave your circles, we will  keep your user content in case you wish to access it in the future. User content can be permanently  deleted by sending an email request to helpfamilyhelpfamily@gmail.com

What is a subject access request?
